Shipping and Handling

Ivysport offers Standard, Express 2-Business Days and Express Next Business Day shipping methods to locations within the continental United States. However, only Standard Delivery via U.S. Postal Service is available for Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses. Standard Canada is offered to most locations within Canada for an incremental charge over domestic rates.

Orders received before 11 am EST ship typically within 24-48 hours if all items ordered are in-stock and do not included "special" order or drop-shipped items. Shipping days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays.

Ivysport uses both United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipments.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once you order has shipped, a link will be posted in your account page online that allows you to see detailed tracking information on your shipment. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped that includes your tracking number (for domestic orders only). Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site.

Regular orders are shipped out by Standard Delivery (ground) and typically take 3-10 business days. If you're concerned your shipment is late, please note the following before replying to customer service:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• Express orders placed after 11 am PST (2 pm EST) won't be processed until the next day.
• Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday.

Standard Delivery

Orders of in-stock items will ship typically 24-48 hours from time of order and will arrive within 3 to 10 business days following credit card authorization and shipment.

Express Shipping

Orders received before 8 am PST (11 am EST) for regular in-stock items can be shipped within 24-48 hours Express Next Day to arrive the following business day from shipment or Express 2-Day to arrive in two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note we cannot offer Express Delivery for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada, and any other international country.

The following shipping and handling rates (excludes taxes, gift wrapping, and any coupon discounts) apply to all orders and have been configured based on weight and shipping distance. To view your shipping charges while ordering, add selected items to your cart and proceed through checkout. You will have a chance to review shipping charges prior to confirming your order. (As a general rule, a t-shirt weighs 1 lb. and sweatshirt 2 lbs).

International Shipping

Currently, Ivysport only ships to the United States and Canada. We are reviewing our international shipping options and hope to have a program in place in the future.
