Ivysport College Care Package Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

HOW TO ENTER 
Beginning on or about 3/24/25 at 9:00 AM PST through 3/31/25 at 11:59 PM PST, log on to Instagram, navigate to the official giveaway post on the @ivysport or @barnesmithco Instagram account, and follow the entry instructions. To enter, you must: 

Bonus Entry 
For an additional entry, reshare the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag both @ivysport and @barnesmithco. 

Limit one (1) main entry per person. Additional bonus entries are limited to one (1) per person via Instagram Story. Automated or multiple entries beyond the permitted amount will result in disqualification. Use of fake or duplicate accounts to enter will void all associated entries. 

ELIGIBILITY 
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You may enter on behalf of a qualifying student. Employees of Ivysport, Barnesmith, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 
Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/2/25 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within the designated time or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one (1) prize per household. 

PRIZES 
Three (3) winners will each receive a College Care Package curated by Ivysport and Barnesmith. Prize packages will include a selection of college apparel and accessories for the winner and their family. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) may vary. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation or acceptance of any prize. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; or any human error that may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries. 

GOVERNING LAW 
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
