Finding an Item
Shopping at Ivysport is designed to be a stress-free experience! On the home page, we provide a search field where you can type the name of the item you're looking for. As we take searches exactly, it's best to use a more general search (such as "Dartmouth" vs. "Dartmouth men's green t-shirts") to ensure your search returns what you're looking for.
One of the easiest ways to find your merchandise is to go directly to one of our Ivysport stores, which includes each of the eight Ivy schools. Within each store, we list sub-categories for the types of merchandise we carry on Ivysport such as Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hats, Gift & Accessories and Sale (Outlet).
Once you've found the item that you are looking for, we suggest that you read the entire product description located on the right of the item picture so as not to miss any detail about that particular item.
If you can't find the item you're looking for, send us an email at email@example.com and perhaps we can uncover it for you. If we can't, we'll take your email as a suggestion for what Ivysport should be carrying. We love suggestions!
Setting Up Your Account
We always suggest that an account be set up when you shop at Ivysport. Doing so will shorten the order process, not to mention your ability to always check previous and current purchases. To set up an account, just enter your email address and your preferred password. Please use this combination every time you enter the Ivysport site.
Sometimes you find something while shopping but are not ready to purchase. No problem! Ivysport has added a "Wish List" functionality that allows you to add any item in Ivysport to your own personalized Wish List. Simply click the button "Add to My Wish List" on any product page and that item will be saved to your Wish List account for as long as you like. Later, when you are ready to purchase the item, simply select "View Cart" and you can review your wish list. To purchase, simply select the item and "Add to Current Shopping Cart." Please note that Wish Lists can only be stored and retrieved after registering with Ivysport.
Ivysport is concerned about the safety of children. None of our Ivysport children's clothing items have drawstrings at the neck or waist. Some drawstrings in clothing can cause death and injury by catching on bus doors or handrails, playground equipment, and cribs. Remove all hood and neck strings and drawstrings from the waist and bottom of coats on all children's clothing. Warn children about dangling key rings, large buckles, and other objects hanging from their backpacks.

For best results, please follow the care instructions on the garment label. In summary, washing a garment in hot water and drying it with hot air increases shrinkage; while washing it in cold water and air-drying minimizes shrinkage. Sweatshirts may shrink up to 1" in length and width while t-shirts may shrink up to 1/2" to 1" in length and width.
Returns & Exchanges
Ivysport is proud of its return policy and stands behind its merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please consult the specific return instructions for all Special order or Drop-Shipped items. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange. A mail check will be issued when items over $5 are paid for by check and returned within 5 days of the date of purchase. Please insure the contents of the package you are returning for full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we can not be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit. Ivysport will only refund the return shipping charges (up to the Standard Delivery rates for returned items) if the return is a result of our error. All returns/exchanges will be shipped back to you at our expense using Standard Delivery.
Credits are processed when we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Gifts may be exchanged for the same item or store credit in the amount of the original purchase. Gifts cannot be returned for cash. Gift wrapping charges and the shipping charges are not refundable.
Follow these simple steps to make a return or exchange:
- Verify that your item(s) meet our Return Policy.
- Email to email@example.com or call us at 1-800-984-7312 and request a "Return Merchandise Authorization number, or "RMA" number.
- Fill in the Returns form on the reverse side of your packing slip. On the form, you will be able to indicate whether you would like to return the item(s) for credit, or make an exchange. Please circle one of the reasons for your return/exchange.
- Enclose the packing slip in your package.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. If a shipment is refused for any reason, the purchaser will be charged for the return shipping expenses as well. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to just to be safe.
